Horst brings extensive experience across merchant acceptance, financial services, retail, and consulting.
He previously served as Vice President of Business Development at Elavon Brazil and led his own payments consulting practice, Euroconsult. Earlier in his career, Horst was Head of Acceptance for MasterCard GeoSouth and a Board Member of MC Procesos in Peru. His payments experience also includes founding and serving as General Manager of Innovacard, now IbiBank, as well as senior operating roles at Finivest and Unibanco.
Horst also serves on the advisory board of AllPago. He has completed executive education and professional programs at institutions including Fundação Getulio Vargas, Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Harvard, FIA, and IBGC, and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
