Based in Mexico City, Jaime brings experience across digital financial services, emerging markets, and operational transformation.
He has studied and worked in Mexico, the United Kingdom and Latin America, and previously advised microfinance institutions on digital transformation, customer experience and business-process optimization. His prior roles include consulting positions with Women's World Banking and Amarante, as well as experience at Everis and Gestamp.
Jaime combines an engineering foundation with graduate training in the United Kingdom, holding a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and a master's degree from University College London, along with international study at the University of Oslo.
