Based in San Francisco, Yogesh has lived and worked in Australia, Saudi Arabia, India, and Singapore over the course of his career and has a long track record advising emerging and established financial services, fintech, and payments companies worldwide. He is also the founder of KoreFusion Capital, a registered boutique investment bank focused on M&A and private placements in the fintech sector. Yogesh's expertise spans growth strategy, strategic and commercial due diligence, transaction advisory, commercial and card payments, merchant acquiring, payment processing, digital and open banking, and cross-border payments.
Prior to founding KoreFusion in 2014, he was a Partner at Edgar, Dunn & Company and previously worked in the Financial Services practice at Booz Allen Hamilton. Yogesh holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
