A leading global payments provider sought a clear, actionable understanding of a key competitor’s money-movement strategy across select priority Latin American markets. As real-time payments (RTP), cross-border flows, wallets, and account-to-account (A2A) solutions continued to evolve, and new pay-in, pay-out and disbursement use-cases emerged, the client needed to anticipate competitive moves, assess capability positioning, and refine its product, partnership, and go-to-market priorities.
