Joe is an experienced investment banker and senior financial-services executive with a career spanning M&A, capital raising, asset management, and executive search. He has advised on a broad range of public and private transactions on both the buy and sell sides and previously served as Managing Director, Vice Chairman and Co-COO of Cohen & Co./PrinceRidge, a New York investment bank.
His earlier investment-banking roles include StormHarbour Securities and Fusion Advisory Partners. Joe also founded and led several executive-search firms focused on financial services, including McCann Partners and McCann Choi & Associates, and held senior roles at Korn Ferry International and The Whitney Group.
He began his career with Bankers Trust and Marine Midland Bank/HSBC and has worked across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Joe holds an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 qualifications.
