John is a career investment banker and Managing Director at CoveView Advisors, KoreFusion's joint-venture partner on select M&A transactions. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 75 transactions spanning mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and debt and equity financings.
John previously held senior positions at Blackstone, J.P. Morgan, and PrinceRidge, where he also served as Head of Investment Banking. At Blackstone, he managed affiliate relationships with Nikko Securities in Japan, Enskilda Securities in the Nordic region, and InverMexico in Mexico, and he also served as Vice Chairman of former Blackstone portfolio company Collins & Aikman.
John holds a B.A. from Williams College, an M.S. in Accounting from NYU Stern, and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business
