Her experience includes managing HR and compensation administration, internal operations, knowledge management, vendor research and evaluation, and project documentation and case study development, alongside over a decade as a professional English-Spanish translator handling legal, technical, financial and marketing documentation.
Known for her attention to detail, organization and proactive approach, Mariana helps ensure smooth and efficient operations across KoreFusion's global team. Her expertise includes coordination, planning, vendor and database management, translation and software administration. Mariana holds a degree in Hotel Management and a Hotel Engineering certification from Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Ángel (CESSA), as well as a certification in the translation of specialized texts from ITAM.
